Reversed phase and normal phase columns are comprised of packing materials based on a 5µm, irregular particle silica support. Columns have an inner diameter of 4.6mm and are available in lengths of 15 or 25cm. Column tubing and end fitting components are made from 316 stainless steel. Each column type and length have a unique set of rigorously controlled specifications. Test solutes were chosen to characterize the column in terms of hydrophobic and polar retention mechanisms.
