This large-capacity, compact unit produces up to 159kg (350lbs.) of flaked ice in 24 hours and has a storage capacity of 36.3kg (80lbs.). Ice is produced using a unique freezer-flaker mechanism to provide clean, hard bits of ice.

Built-in protection features include a low refrigerant pressure switch that stops the unit if refrigerant pressure drops; a low water pressure switch that automatically stops the unit until normal water pressure is restored; and an auger delay switch that allows the auger to clear remaining ice from the freezer chamber before shutdown, avoiding start-up against an ice load. Unit uses CFC-free refrigerant.

Unit has an air-cooled condenser and requires a 6.4mm (¹/₄") water line with a shut-off valve, a floor drain, and a 115V, 60Hz, single-phase outlet.
