Stage 1 is soxhlet extraction from biomaterial. The kit consists of Ace Glass 6810-14 bulb type condenser,6810-12 extractor body,6927-168 5000mL flask, 5028-30 24/40 probe adapter,12110-15 J type temperature probe with 72 inch lead,12125-14 temperature control, 12045-05 5000mL Glas-Col Stirmantle and 13663-13 magnetic stirbar. Stage 2 is solvent distillation. The kit consists of Ace Glass 5192-45 vacuum take-off adapter,6608-06 distillation head,8314-30 10/30 jointed thermometer,6578-12 vigreux column,5000-45 24/40 to 45/50 glass adapter and 8250-12 stopper. This glassware set is designed to provide the additional parts needed to transform the stage 1 soxhlet extraction kit into a solvent distillation setup.

Stage 3 is chromatographic separation. The kit consists of Ace Glass 5871-165 vacuum flow adapter,5871-130 2000mL reservoir and 5903-28 24/40 chromatography column. This glassware set is designed to provide the parts needed to form a stand-alone separation apparatus to complement the stage 1 and 2 kits.
