Chamber is ideal for small and medium glass slide microarray use. It is manufactured from an inert polymer with similar chemically-resistant properties to that of polypropylene. The chamber has a one-piece design that incorporates a gasket and four snap closures, so the need for a special gasket or clamps is eliminated. It can be used at hybridization temperatures up to 65°C and can be autoclaved. In addition, two buffer reservoirs (600µL/well) at both ends maintain the right amount of humidity to guarantee a successful hybridization.
