Provides a convenient method of ensuring accurate temperature control. Supplied with a PTFE-coated platinum resistance thermometer for measurements up to 270°C (518°F). Use the simple up/down control to set temperature. Three-digit LED displays resolution to 1°C. Range: -10 to 800°C (14 to 1472°F).

A hysteresis range can be set to govern temperature variations in the medium being controlled. Temperature set point and hysteresis range are retained in the event of a power disruption. Zinc diecast housing is suitable for use on the bench or may be mounted on a 1.27cm (¹/₂") support rod.
