Heating elements are located on top, bottom, and sides of chamber for enhanced temperature uniformity. Two supplied accessory refractory shelves triple the usable working area. Built-in venting system removes undesirable contaminants and moisture and extends the life span of the element and unit. The rear of the chamber incorporates a 9.5mm (³/₈") diameter port for monitoring chamber temperatures with independent measuring devices. Door safety switch protects operator by removing power to the heating elements when the door is opened. Available in choice of digital single setpoint control with a ramp to setpoint and a dwell, an 8-segment programmable control with one stored program, or 16-segment multi-programmable control with four stored programs. The 16-segment controller includes an RS-232 communications port for connection to printer or computer. Both controls utilize a mechanical over-temperature protection relay.
