The conical-shaped heater cartridge allows several sizes of glassware to be heated. The hole in the base of the mantle accommodates funnels. Hot filtrations may be carried out if the mantle is raised with the support clamp. Electronic controller provides for mantle temperature control. Maximum element temperature: 450°C (840°F).
