Maintains Class 100 conditions without the use of filters at operating temperatures up to 250°C (482°F). Microprocessor-based, digital temperature control with platinum RTD sensor. Two built-in safety systems protect samples: a microprocessor controlled cut-off if oven temperature exceeds the setpoint by 7°C, and an independent hydraulic thermostat that maintains temperature should microprocessor fail. Visual and audible alarms alert to over-temperature condition.

Mechanical convection circulates air throughout chamber. Stainless steel blower is driven by constant speed induction motor. Insulation, 7.6cm (3") thick, helps retain heat.

All stainless steel interior, including the sidewall plenums and four perforated shelves, adjustable in 4.5cm (1³/₄") increments. Plug-style door. Exterior surface protected by a durable, powder-coat finish.
