These storage systems are for use with 2.0mL or smaller ampules. Ideal for use with 81-ampule, 5.1cm (2") high cardboard and stainless steel boxes. Racks also hold 81- or 25-ampule NALGENE* CryoBox* boxes (see 55709-946 series in Cryogenic Storage section). They are constructed of heavy duty stainless steel. Each rack unit is equipped with stainless steel retaining rod, which anchors boxes in the rack.
