Product Category Description:

The 12-place rotor can accommodate twelve 10x75mm Sero-Tubes, twelve 12x75mm Kahn tubes, six 5mL BD Vacutainer* tubes with stoppers, or twelve 5mL BD Vacutainer tubes without stoppers. The centrifuge rotor 420545 may be conveniently used for many tests that require single or multiple blood cell washings. Because the tubes are maintained at an angle of 45 degrees during centrifugation, the centrifuge is highly efficient in washing cells. The cells are deposited quickly after sliding down the angled tubes.
