Carriers fixed to the rotor body accept sealed canisters. Canisters can be removed to a protective enclosure before unsealing. One microplate canister holds up to three 96-well plates, one Beckman deep-well plate, one square-well plate, or one microtube/cryogenic storage vial rack. One tube canister accommodates twenty 13 or 16mm tubes. Maximum capacity: 80x15mL.
