Non-refrigerated, cold room compatible, high performance microcentrifuge is ideal for fast pelleting or isolation of DNA, RNA, proteins, and viruses. The compact microcentrifuge features a brushless induction drive, 13-second acceleration and deceleration to/from maximum speed, an automatic motorized closure system with a safety auto-lock, an air-cooled rotor bowl, a large display with push-button entry, and automatic lid release upon completion of sample runs. Runs may be set to pulse, timed (1sec. increments), or continuous, while speed may be set to standard or soft start/stop, in 100rpm increments. Polypropylene rotors are autoclavable and supplied with a polypropylene snap-on lid.
