Ideal for safely drying paints or solvents. Oven features unique APT.Line* preheating chamber technology. APT.Line technology is engineered to ensure that all temperature-related tasks such as heating, drying, and sterilizing are conducted exactly the same each time, reliably and quickly. The inner chamber is made of electropolished Type 316 stainless steel and has rounded edges and internally welded seams for easy cleaning. The interior is completely tempered, which prevents condensation and ensures that moisture deposits will not impair drying results. The preheating chamber allows all connecting tubes to the inner chamber to be subjected to the heating process, reducing the risk of condensation in the inner chamber. High-quality insulation reduces heat dissipation, which contributes to an active reduction in ambient temperature and helps avoid the need for additional air conditioning in the lab.

Increased air circulation is achieved with a powerful yet quiet, digitally adjustable air turbine. A 100mm diameter exhaust connection is standard at the back of the oven. Calibration can be easily performed using the clearly understandable function keys. Oven features a fresh air monitoring system with an acoustic alarm and automatic heat cut-off, and a silicone filter cartridge that reliably collects suspended particles from the incoming fresh air. The filter can be replaced easily without tools and with no filter residues penetrating the inner chamber.

The MDL safety oven features a graphical color screen controller with 25 storable programs (100 sections each) for control of the temperature and fresh air monitoring with visual and acoustic alarms, as well as automatic heating shutoff. Also standard are an LED display for time and temperature functions, a serial interface port, and an RS-422 port.
