CF350 Donkey anti-mouse is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF350. CF350 is a blue fluorescent dye spectrally similar to AMCA. However compared to AMCA CF350 is more water-soluble more photostable and at least 50% more fluorescent on proteins.
