Rhodamine 110 phalloidin stains F-actin with nanomolar affinity. Fluorescent phallotoxins can also be loaded into live cells via cationic liposomes. The green fluorescent rhodamine 100 phalloidin is much more photostable than fluorescein phalloidin (00030).
