High-performance vacuum pumps are designed for non-corrosive, non-evaporative applications and provide quiet, continuous oil-free pumping. Pumps are constructed of aluminum and FKM/Viton* for applications such as degassing, filtration, impregnation, and backing of turbomolecular pumps and feature one or more silencers for noise reduction. Planar diaphragm design provides long life and easy servicing. Diaphragm lifetimes are typically 10,000 to 15,000 hours under normal conditions.

Pump ME2 features a 10mm (³/₈") hose barb connector. Pump MD1 has a 6mm (¹/₄") hose barb connector. Electrical: 120V, 60Hz.
