These two-stage vacuum pumps are designed especially for chemistry applications. Many parts are plasma-treated for maximum corrosion resistance. Anti-suckback valve reduces corrosive vapors entering pump. A redesigned oil circuit reduces wear on moving components, and a number of other wearing parts and forces have been reduced for longer life. These compact and energy-efficient pumps are one-third to one-half of the size of other rotary vane pumps of similar capacity, conserving valuable lab space.

The inlet connection for pumps 80089-598 and -630 is a KF16 small flange with an included 10mm (³/₈") hose barb; the outlet connection is a 10mm (³/₈") hose barb. The inlet and outlet connections for pump 80089-634 use a KF25 small flange.

Note: Always use a cold trap with applications involving solvent vapors.
