Model B-495 heating bath is designed for use with larger flasks up to 5L. The bath has a temperature range of 20 to 95°C (68 to 203°F) and an integrated water feed to keep the level within the bath constant. A large, clear graphic display continuously provides the actual temperature and temperature setpoint. The high alloy stainless steel pan is easy to clean and is supplied with a cordless power supply that does not require connections to be unplugged when filling or emptying.

Beaker flasks with ST 24/40 adapter have an extra-wide opening that allows viscous materials and solid products to be removed easily. Cylindrical design enhances distillation and provides a buffer against bumping and foaming. All parts that contact vapor and liquid are made of borosilicate glass or PTFE. The standard beaker flask is recommended for the distillation of liquids. The drying beaker flask has indentations on the flask wall to prevent solids from adhering to the glass, allowing the total surface area to dry.

Pear-shaped evaporating flasks are available with ST 24/40 or 29/32 adapter. Flask 89035-482 features the P+G coating for protection against mechanical damage and splintering.
