Universal, prequalified systems can safely transport products within a temperature range of 2 to 8°C (36 to 46°F) for 48 hours. Shippers are prequalified for minimum and maximum loads, liquids, and lyophilized shipments. The GTS can also maintain product payload temperature at -20°C (-4°F) for 72 hours using dry ice. Lightweight while still offering a large payload, shippers are efficient and space-saving.

The simple packout uses only four components: a polyurethane insulated shipper with lid, an outer corrugated box, four Koolit* frozen bricks, and two Koolit refrigerated saddle bricks (included).

One-piece molded systems with a vapor-proof barrier enhance thermal effectiveness for a high R-value (measure of thermal resistance). Koolit refrigerated saddle bricks consist of three compartmentalized bricks with a puncture-resistant laminate foil film. They are nontoxic and remain uniform in shape whether frozen or thawed. Saddle brick dimensions: 90.2Lx24.4Hx2.5Wcm (35¹/₂x9⁵/₈x1").

Qualified to ISTA 5B (thermal test) and ISTA 2A (integrity/physical test) profiles at minimum and maximum loads, using both liquid and lyophilized product, under both summer and winter conditions. Environmentally safe and recyclable. Contain no ozone-depleting chemicals.
