StatZorb wipers are designed specifically for use in static-sensitive areas. Ideal for cleaning static-dissipative work surfaces and suitable for dry wiping of sensitive electronic components. Wipers are made of a 100% polyester knit fabric with conductive carbon-core nylon fiber knitted in a continuous sawtooth pattern throughout the fabric. Conductivity is consistent across the entire wiper surface and is not affected by ambient humidity or wiper moisture. Antistatic properties are uniform on both sides of wipers. The surface resistivity of each wiper is 4.3x107 ohm/sq. with a static decay time of less than 1.5 seconds. Edges of wipers thermally sealed to reduce particulate contamination. Abrasion- and chemical-resistant. Compatible with ISO Class 3 (FED-STD-209E Class 1/M1.5) environments.
