Versatile iron features three interchangeable heating elements (25, 30, and 35W) so that wattage can be changed for different applications. Quick-change knurled collar makes changing elements simple. Heating elements are nichrome wound with fiberglass and ceramic insulation. Lightweight handle has cushion grip. Iron comes with screwdriver tip 37691-434, iron stand, and 1.8m (6') three-wire grounded power cord. Tip temperature: 454°C (850°F). Electrical: 120V, 35W.

Additional tips are available in different styles and sizes, all designed to provide maximum heat transfer from heater to tip. Tips feature a copper core electroplated with iron to extend the lifetime of the tip. Nickel and chromium behind the working surface protect the shank from corrosion and solder creep.
