Versatile iron features three interchangeable heating elements (25, 30, and 35W) so that wattage can be changed for different applications. Quick-change knurled collar makes changing elements simple. Heating elements are nichrome wound with fiberglass and ceramic insulation. Lightweight handle has cushion grip. Iron comes with screwdriver tip 37691-434, iron stand, and 1.8m (6') three-wire grounded power cord. Tip temperature: 454°C (850°F). Electrical: 120V, 35W.

Additional tips are available in different styles and sizes, all designed to provide maximum heat transfer from heater to tip. Tips feature a copper core electroplated with iron to extend the lifetime of the tip. Nickel and chromium behind the working surface protect the shank from corrosion and solder creep. All tips are individually bagged.
