General-purpose soldering tools fitted with non-burnable silicon rubber cord. ESD-safe to protect sensitive components. Standard iron is 20.3cm (8") long and includes screwdriver tip 37691-308. Iron features a plug-in nichrome wound heating element and a 1.22m (4') cord.

Additional tips are available in different styles, sizes, and soldering temperatures. All are designed to provide maximum heat transfer from heater to tip. Tips feature a copper core electroplated with iron to extend the lifetime of the tip. Nickel and chromium behind the working surface protect the shank from corrosion and solder creep. Tips also feature a sensor hole in the base with a stainless steel liner to prevent the tip from seizing the sensor. All tips are individually bagged.

Irons are UL and C-UL listed.
