These culture chambers feature USP Class VI polystyrene construction for excellent optical clarity and mechanical strength. Two 26mm diameter filling ports allow direct access to the chamber bottom, providing greater flexibility for sterile filling and emptying by pouring, pipetting, or via tubing in a fully closed system. The self-venting 33mm threaded caps feature 0.2µm pore nonwettable membranes sealed directly to the caps to allow gas exchange while minimizing the risk of contamination. Caps also prevent pressure buildup during transport. Chambers are manufactured under GMP conditions and 100% leak-tested prior to shipping. Certified nonpyrogenic and sterilized by gamma irradiation.

Chambers are available with CellBIND* surface treatment, which improves cell attachment leading to increased cell growth and yields and provides more consistent and even cell attachment. The surface helps adapt cells to reduced serum or serum-free conditions, requires no refrigeration or special handling, and is stable at room temperature.

The stacking device (66025-658) models the top surface of the chamber, securely nesting in the strengthening ribs. It is used to optimize incubator space while providing clearance for venting. A wide variety of 33mm threaded, sterile filling caps are available as well.
