Unique bacteria-filtering assembly produces bacteria-free solutions. The unit has an ultra-fine porosity (0.9 to 1.4µm) fritted disc that eliminates the need for rubber stoppers, thus avoiding the difficulties encountered when sterilizing rubber. The 10mm (³/₈") sidearm on the apparatus permits the insertion of a plug. A recess at the bottom of the outer ground joint also allows a plug. The unit will withstand repeated autoclaving. Disc diameter: 40mm (1¹/₂"). Capacity: 250mL. Height: 28.2cm (11¹/₈").
