Flasks are for microchemical work with light sensitive materials. The low actinic, red color is an integral part of the flask, which retains the mechanical strength, chemical stability, and thermal resistance of PYREX brand labware, while protecting light-sensitive materials. Graduation line is sharp and permanent and inscription of large white block letters is easy to read. Stoppers are also made of low actinic glass.

All flasks are graduated to Class A volumetric tolerances and calibrated to meet ASTM specifications E-694, E-542, and E-288. Certified flasks are individually serialized and supplied with NIST-traceable Certificate of Identification and Capacity.
