Space-saving, low-profile hot plate stirrers provide the precision-controlled heating and stirring needed for laboratory applications. Microprocessor-controlled heating and stirring ensures consistent performance. Unique software provides closed loop stirring to monitor stirring speed and adjust speed from 60 to 1100rpm for aqueous, viscous, or semi-solid solutions.

The Pyroceram* glass ceramic top heats evenly, is highly resistant to scratches, corrosion, and chemical attack, and wipes clean with a damp cloth. A rugged, double ball bearing motor and other high quality components prolong product life.

Units feature large knobs and a mount for a ring stand support built into the back of the housing. Hot top indicator light blinks a warning when the top is too hot to touch, >60°C (140°F). All units feature a temperature range from 25 to 550°C (77 to 1022°F).
