Cool, comfortable, and easy-to-use lightweight helmet system acts as a barrier between a cleanroom technician and the product. Exhaled air is filtered through a HEPA filter to help ensure low particle counts. Breathing is unaffected and peripheral vision is maintained. Mobility and communication are assured.

System includes helmet, belt, battery, motor, power cord, filter, adjustable hose set, and lower microshield. The 226g (8oz.) helmet features an adjustable headband. Belt is made of sturdy nylon with an easy-to-fasten buckle. The 4.8V motor is battery powered and includes a high/low switch. Six-to-eight hour NiCad battery has a three-hour recharge time and LED charging indicator lights. Airflow: 3.5cfm. Detachable, split shield assembly allows microscope use. Shield is made of clear, anti-fog polycarbonate and protects against hazardous materials.
