Ethyl-1-(4-cyano-2356-tetrafluorophenyl)-678-trifluoro-4-oxo-14-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylate PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A cell-permeable dihydroquinoline compound that potently inhibits P-STAT3-Y705 in U266 (EC50 of 170 nM) and in IFN-a stimulated HeLa and DU145 cells. Also blocks P-JAK1-Y1022/1023 P-JAK2-Y1007/1008 and P-Tyk2-Y1054/1055 in IFN-a stimulated U266 cells.image
