Thermo-anemometer with infrared thermometer is useful for HVAC and fume hood testing, environmental wind and temperature measurements, boiler rooms, ionizer flow output monitoring, and automobile aerodynamic testing. Thermo-anemometer features a built-in, noncontact infrared thermometer for measurement of remote surface temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) with 8:1 distance-to-spot ratio and laser pointer. Ambient temperature and air flow or velocity are simultaneously displayed on a large backlit LCD. Up to eight easy-to-set area dimensions (ft² or cm²) are stored in internal memory. The low-friction 7.2cm (2²⁷/₃₂") diameter ball bearing wind vane wheel features a 3% velocity accuracy. Additional functions include data hold, minimum/maximum, and auto power off.
