The protease assay kit is a simple and reliable assay that uses a dye-labeled protein conjugate as a protease substrate to detect proteases present in nanogram levels. The assay reaction can be read using either a colorimeter or a titer plate reader. The fluoro protease assay kit uses a fluorscein isothiocyanate (FITC) labeled protein as the protease substrate. The Protease Screening* kit uses resorufin-protein conjugate as a protease substrate for protease detection within an hour.

ProteSEEKER* assay kit uses a panel of eleven specific protease inhibitors and the colorimetric protease screening assay to identify specific types of proteases in a sample.
