Ready-to-use, mechanically stable gels cast on plastic supports. Preformed sample wells allow for quick and easy sample application. Available as gradient or homogeneous gels. The gradient gels use sample application strips (26 samples up to 40µL or 52 samples up to 20µL), paper pieces, or sample droplets. The homogeneous gels have 25 preformed sample wells for sample volumes from 5-17µL. All gels have a 33mm (15/16") stacking zone and a 77mm (3") separating zone. Thickness: 0.5mm (0.020").
The 245mm (921/32") buffer strips are made of acrylamide and include both anode and cathode electrodes.
