The MicroSpin G-25 columns are designed for the rapid buffer exchange/desalting of PCR† products and other DNAs in a volume of 10-100µL using spin column chromatography. They are also excellent for rapid purification of newly synthesized oligonucleotide >=10-mers in 100-150µL of deprotection solution. Supplied ready for use, columns require less than four minutes from sample application to collection of purified product. Prepacked with Sephadex* G-25 DNA grade medium and pre-equilibrated in distilled water containing 0.05% Kathon CG/ICP Biocide. They can also be used for desalting/buffer exchange of DNA and removal of unincorporated radionucleotides from end-labeled oligonucleotides in a volume of 10-100µL.

The MicroSpin G-50 columns are designed for the rapid purification of labeled DNA (>=20 bases) from unincorporated labeled nucleotides in a volume of 25-50µL using spin column chromatography. Columns are prepacked with Sephadex* G-50 grade medium pre-equilibrated in TE buffer with 0.05% Kathon CG/ICP Biocide. Columns can also be use for buffer exchange/desalting of enzymatic reactions (10-100µL) following heat denaturation and phenol extraction.

MicroSpin S-400 HR columns are designed for the rapid purification of PCR products (>=200bp) from unincorporated primers (<=32-mers) and nucleotides using spin column chromatography. Columns are prepacked with Sephacryl S-400 HR medium pre-equilibrated in TE buffer. The S-400 HR columns accommodate 25-50µL for post-PCR cleanup prior to cloning or a second amplification reaction, or 51-100µL for all other applications. Columns require less than four minutes from sample application to the collection of purified product.
