MiniBeads are monodisperse 3µm nonporous beads that yield excellent resolution, speed, reproducibility, and durability with a lower capacity than MonoBeads. The nonporous matrix improves resolution and flow kinetics, better withstands back pressure, and minimizes nonspecific adsorption of the sample.
Maximum resolution is achieved from the efficiency of small, perfectly spherical monodispersed particles prepacked in PC columns coupled with the excellent selectivities of the Q and S ion exchangers.
Ordering Information: PC columns are optimized for use with GE Healthcare SMART systems, and require the use of a precision column holder when used with chromatography systems other than the SMART system.
