The OSOM Influenza A & B test kit provides a rapid differential diagnosis of influenza A and B. The testing method is an immunochromatographic assay which uses mouse monoclonal IgG antibodies to Influenza A and/or B nucleoproteins to form a complex with Influenza A and/or B viral antigens. Specimens are collected with a nasal swab, and test results are available in ten minutes. Results are easy to interpret. The test kit maintains a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture, and it should be stored along with the Control Kit at 15 to 30°C (59 to 86°F).
