Economical systems are ideal for the concentration of extractions and reactions. Fine needle valve controls the total flow to the equalizer manifold that gives equal gas flow to each well. The system gently speeds the evaporation of excess liquid. Each well has consistent evaporation. Needle height is easily adjustable to enable most sizes and capacities of microplates. Each stainless steel needle delivers an equal flow of gas to the well.
The evaporation system consists of a multi-well evaporator and a control unit. The evaporator body is constructed of nylon and can be autoclaved. The evaporator features digital temperature control up to 100°C (212°F) for fast drying times. The control unit features automatically setting PID control parameters for optimum system performance, auto-tune function, a four-digit LED display, on/off power switch, and fuse protection.
