Tweezer-style in vivo electrodes are for drug or gene delivery in animals. Electrodes consist of a standard 11.5cm (41/2") tweezer that has been modified with stainless steel circular electrodes at the tip. Gap between electrode disks may be adjusted from under 1mm to over 2cm. Electrodes may be cleaned with a mild detergent and sterilized with ethanol or ethylene oxide. Tweezertrodes are compatible with BTX electroporation systems 58017-932, -956, -954, and 58018-004. The ECM*/Enhancer series (82019-182) is recommended for monitoring the electrodes.
