Model 2040 units feature digital speed control. The maintenance-free, balanced, sealed drive system is isolated from spills, which makes the units ideal for use in cold rooms.

The separatory funnel attachment (82004-980) holds up to four separatory funnels (50mL, conical) or separatory flasks (100mL, conical). Tension roller attachments (82004-976 and -986) feature two rollers to facilitate the shaking of Erlenmeyer flasks and a piece that enables attachment to the perforated platform. The basic tension roller frame (82004-984) contains all the necessary pieces to construct a frame, but no tension rollers. Clamps for Erlenmeyer flasks and separatory funnels consist of the clamp and a piece that enables attachment to the perforated platform.

Model 1040 meets the standards of protection class IP 40 (DIN 40050). Model 2040 meets the standards of protection class IP 20 (DIN 40050).
