Two fabric options are available for cleaning solder paste and adhesives from circuit board printing stencils. Both are durable, absorbent, tear-resistant, and very low in particle generation.
GREEN MONSTER* rolls use Nova-Tech* 7000 (NT7) fabric, which is ESD-safe, vacuum compatible, tear-resistant, and very low in particle generation. The coarse fibers within the fabric’s structure provide an abundance of voids for collecting solder paste. For use with DEK-265 and DEK-288 machines. Color: green.
WIPE-OUT* rolls use Nova-Tech 1000 (NT1) fabric, which is comprised of cellulose and polyester. For use with MPM 1500, 3000, UP2000, 2500, AP20, AP24, AP25, and SPM machines. Color: white.
