Made of nickel-plated zinc alloy die-casting. Spring-loaded to stay open until used. Cuts tubing up to 38mm (11/2") diameter. When wheel-bearing arm is depressed and glass rotated, a rift is made. The hardened steel cutting wheel rotates on a pin. Pin is removable for replacing wheel.
