Flexible, productivity-based electronics material handling system that offers the safety of ESD construction along with the protection of cushioned polymer shelf surfaces. Shelves are made of corrosion-resistant Super Erecta Brite* zinc-plated steel. The unique Corner Lock Release* design allows the user to assemble and reposition shelves in seconds, without the use of tools.

Posts are made of chrome-plated steel. Stationary posts include ESD-safe leveling feet. Mobile posts include a receptacle to accept a stem caster. Enclosure panels offer an efficient means of enclosing or reorganizing stationary or mobile shelving units. The 2.2cm (⁷/₈") thick wire panels are available in a variety of sizes for easy adjustment of intermediate shelves. Panels are designed to fit 137cm (54"), 160cm (63"), or 188cm (74") unit post heights.

Units are conductive when used with conductive casters or a grounding cable. All casters have an overall diameter of 12.7cm (5"), a face diameter of 3.2cm (1¹/₄"), and a bumper. Carbon-loaded casters have a load rating of 79kg (175lbs.). Nonmarking casters have a load rating of 91kg (200lbs.). Other available ESD accessories include shelf inlays and label holders. Static-dissipative, blue vinyl shelf inlays cover standard grid shelf to create a solid shelf.
