System combines efficient drum storage, spill containment, and safe liquid dispensing.

Rugged, one-piece, polyethylene base module with extra-thick ribbed walls supports two 208.2L (55gal.) drums. A double dispensing well accommodates a variety of dispensers including safety cans, bench cans, plunger cans, and dip tanks. Ribbed base lifts the containers above any incidental drips or spills to help keep the bottom of the container clean from trace liquids. Drums must be properly equipped (vent, faucet) prior to placement on base. Base module sump contains leakage up to 378L (100gal.).

For storage of four drums in a single area, the stack module rests on top of the lower two drums in the base module. A contoured surface firmly holds the second tier of drums in place. Spills fall into the dispensing well for containment and easy cleanup. The stack module has front and rear forklift access.

A dispensing shelf attaches to the stack module to facilitate dispensing. The ribbed shelf holds a single 18.9L (5gal.) pail or safety can above the level of incidental drips.

Meets EPA requirement 40 CFR 264.175. May be used with Class 1B or 1C flammables, or combustible liquids as well as nonhazardous liquids.
