Manifolds enable up to six waste lines (per manifold) from HPLC processes to be fed into a single intake fitting. Manifolds are equipped with six ¹/₄-28 ports, one 9.5mm (³/₈") NPT port, and the option of one 316 stainless steel quick disconnect, one polypropylene quick disconnect, or a 316 stainless steel stacker connector. The six ports are tapped to accommodate the ¹/₄-28 threads of the compression fittings.

The compression fittings accommodate 1.6mm (¹/₁₆") or 3.2mm (¹/₈") O.D. tubing sizes. Tefzel* fittings are approximately 2.5cm (1") long and include ferrules for a compression fit to the waste line.

The manifold with stainless steel stackable connection enables attachment on top of either the stainless steel or polypropylene quick disconnect manifolds. This addition allows up to a total of 12 waste lines to be fed to a disposal can. Safety cans with manifold installed are OSHA compliant and meet NFPA Code 30.
