High vacuum valve with three 9mm O.D. sidearms sealed to the barrel, with a PTFE plug and control knob at either end of the barrel. The Viton* O-rings on the PTFE plug shaft are protected with precision PTFE wipers. The tip of the plug has an integral O-ring to make the primary seal. This design provides an excellent vacuum-tight seal with PTFE as the only material exposed to chemicals.
