These 300mm columns feature a 250mL reservoir and a reinforced top. Lower end is tooled for extra strength and a secure, leakproof fit with the all-PTFE stopcock, ensuring that liquid contacts only glass and PTFE. An O-ring maintains tight seal over a 0 to 100°C (32 to 212°F) temperature range. Stopcock is easily removed for access to column packing.
