Enduro Molecular Weight Markers by Labnet are available as a 100bp or 1 Kb ladder. The smaller DNA ladder includes 11 fragments in a range from 100 to 2,000 bp and is ideal for verification of PCR products. For size analysis of digested DNA, the larger DNA ladder with 13 fragments between 300 and 10,000 bp is appropriate. Each is supplied in glycerol with bromphenol blue at a concentration of 0.1 microliters. Five to ten micro liters of sample is sufficient for clear visualization.
