Each BigEasy kit is convenient to use, containing pre-cut, dephosphorylated pJAZZ cloning vector with chloramphenicol or kanamycin resistance, DNATerminator® end repair enzymes and buffer, ligase and ligation buffer containing ATP, sequencing primers, competent cells, and DNA controls.
