Wide mouth bottles are translucent and have excellent chemical resistance. All caps are polypropylene; sealing caps feature a retained silicone gasket. Both cap types are autoclavable. Bottle 89050-120 is graduated and designed for large volume gross separations, especially bacterial, yeast, and tissue isolations. It has smooth inner walls to reduce shearing, a modified polyphenylene-ether screw closure, and a 50-cycle life span. It meets USP VI requirements and is non-cytotoxic.

Note: Before autoclaving, place cap on the container without engaging the threads. Use the white low-density polyethylene 250mL adapter (21020-201) when using the 250mL bottles (21010-614 and 21020-028) with the Sorvall* GSA 6-place rotor. For proper performance, fill bottles to at least 80% of the total capacity (75% for 21020-050).
