System features an extended upper buffer chamber that provides even heat distribution. Chamber brings the buffer into direct contact with the entire gel surface, providing efficient cooling. System requires less than 100mL of buffer per run. Built-in, full length, spring-loaded side clamps attach to a molded gasket to ensure a leakproof seal without the risk of overtightening.
System may be used with precast gels, or with gels poured by hand.
