Cast up to four gels at one time. Polyacrylamide gels are cast using a clamping system and an arrangement of polyethylene bags (“Gel Pouches”), eliminating the need for tape and bottom spacers. Glass plates and spacers are placed in the pouch and acrylamide is poured between the plates. A Spacer Placer* (included) aligns the side spacers. Acrylamide will not leak during polymerization.
